Easterling Consultants' engineering division provides water resource planning and design services that include: dam inspection and assessment, drainage, and flood control; watershed planning and utility planning and design services. Our clients include municipalities, watershed and flood control authorities, USDA NRCS, and private landowners and developers. Our water resources staff averages over 30 years' experience in water resources and flood control projects (dams, levees, floodplains, channels, and storm drains). Our development services division provides infrastructure planning, design, and construction administration services; development process management services; and general civil design of site improvements. Trails planning, design, and construction administration are provided to master planned communities.
